Team Administrator (Strategy & Transformation) – Top International Law Firm – Generous Hybrid Working

  • Salary : Up to £30,000

Our top international law firm client is currently looking for a Team Administrator to join their London office on a permanent basis. The Team Administrator will be part of the firms Strategy & Transformation Group, a team which is tasked with developing the firm’s strategy and ensuring an ambitious portfolio of business transformation is deployed across the firm. This role is paying to £30,000 with a generous hybrid working pattern.

Duties of the Administrator will be to:

  • Overseeing all administrative activities for the team
  • Organising meetings, arranging calendar invites and monitoring responses
  • Administration of meetings including preparation of agendas and materials in advance
  • Attending meetings and taking notes (where appropriate), capturing decisions/ actions and owners and assisting with the follow up.
  • Monitoring and amending intranet pages
  • Management of the team calendar.
  • Preparing programme related documentation including presentations for key senior leadership meetings.
  • Ensuring the centralised document management system which supports the STG group is maintained including managing document/folder security, ensuring consistent naming conventions for strategy documents.
  • Supporting on strategy communications including but not limited to drafting emails and preparing scripts for important forums across the firm.
  • Supporting the team in ensuring the agreed project management methods, standards and processes are maintained across the strategy and programme / project portfolio and updating relevant documents where required.

Candidates must have previous experience of working within an administrative role within a law firm. Experience in a project management, business transformation or strategy related role would be highly beneficial.
