Temporary Client Services Administrator – International Law Firm – Hybrid Working

Our International Law Firm client is seeking a Client Services Administrator to assist them on a temporary basis, providing admin support for the firm’s client services team. This role will need to start as soon as possible and will run, approximately until the end of October / early November.

 

Ideally, candidates will have a PA or EA background, although the client would consider a graduate with strong admin skills. The ideal candidate needs to be on the ball, switched on and reliable. The types of tasks that the Client Services Administrator will be carrying out are very admin focused, updating spreadsheets, analysing client listening survey data and interview transcripts to input key data into spreadsheets. The Client Services Administrator will also need to be adaptable and happy turning their attention to a variety of different tasks.

 

Candidates need to be available to work 5 days but there is flexibility on how many days they would be required to come into the office. Hourly rate for this role will be flexible dependent on experience.
