A prestigious Magic Circle Law firm based in the heart of the city is looking to hire a new PA to work within a newly created department on a temporary ongoing basis, supporting the Chair and Head of the Department. This role will offer a fantastic temporary and temporary to permanent opportunity for the right candidate. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a new team, offering lots of autonomy and responsibility working very closely with the stakeholders of the business specialising in the Technology space. Responsibilities will include ensuring the smooth running of all aspects for all administrative matters affecting the team, acting as Personal Assistant to the Chair and Head of the team including extensive diary management, day-today organisation, effective inbox management, travel, meeting preparation and document production, responsibility for queries in to the team and problem solving and general organisation with a proactive approach and quick turnaround. Other responsibilities will include regular communication/meetings with the Head and Chair of team to keep them updated and also regular communication with clients and visitors to manage appointments and queries, taking events from the initial brief to the management of competition and post-event reporting including updating attendee lists, breakdowns and reconciliation. Candidates must have strong PA skills, excellent organisational and administrative skills, strong attention to detail and advanced technology skills using Microsoft Office. Experience of managing events would be advantageous. Standard hours are 9.30am – 5.30pm – this firm offers candidates fantastic benefits!
