Senior Employment Paralegal

Award-winning global law firm is seeking a highly motivated Senior Employment Paralegal who has extensive tribunal experience, and a history of managing their own caseload of tribunal claims, to join their dynamic team in London or Liverpool.

  • Hybrid working – 3 days in the office / 2 days remote

Key Responsibilities of the Senior Employment Paralegal:

  • Manage own busy tribunal case load from ACAS EC stage to completion
  • Draft risk assessments, compile disclosure, draft witness statements, and prepare for final hearing
  • Maintain regular communication with client, including providing updates and advice as needed

Skills & Requirements of the Senior Employment Paralegal:

  • Previous experience as an Employment Paralegal within a law firm
  • Extensive tribunal experience in representing Respondents in employment tribunal litigation is essential
  • Must have experience managing a busy caseload
