Highly regarded UK law firm is seeking to hire a Facilities Assistant to join their office space in Leeds on an initial 12-month fixed-term contract.

Facilities Assistant Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and preparing items for despatch
  • Scan incoming post and forward to the relevant fee earners or secretaries
  • Assist with printing documents and arranging despatch
  • Respond to day-to-day facilities requests from staff and report any issues
  • Assist with meeting room preparation and office set-up for new starters
  • Assist with basic maintenance tasks, room set-ups, and moving furniture or equipment
  • Provide reception cover when required, including greeting visitors, answering calls, and notifying staff of arrivals
  • Carry out basic health and safety checks and report hazards or faults

Facilities Assistant Key Skills & Requirements:

  • At least 6-months experience within a similar role
  • 5 GCSEs or equivalent at grade C or above, including Maths and English
  • A high attention to details to process and file documentation to a consistently high standard
