A standout opportunity for a Reward & Benefits Advisor to join a top City law firm.

This London-based role will support the Senior Reward Advisor based in London, leading the development, management, and delivery of key reward and benefits strategies, projects, and processes across the firm’s EMEA region.

• Salary to £55,000
• Based in their city offices

Key aspects of the Reward & Benefits Advisor role:

• Support the Senior Reward and Benefits Manager, UK in the delivery of regional reward and benefits strategies.
• This role provides an opportunity for an experienced Reward and Benefits professional to gain wider exposure to Reward practice and to work with experienced Managers / Senior Managers to develop value adding analytics and benchmarking in support of decision making.
• Support salary and bonus review and other operational processes but will also include involvement in reward related projects.
• Predominantly UK focused but may provide support to other regional or global reward projects.
• The role involves some ‘number crunching’, so the incumbent needs to enjoy working with data.

Skills & Requirements of the Senior Reward & Benefits Manager EMEA:

• 2 Years’ Reward and Benefits experience preferred, with professional services experience preferable but not essential
• Job matching and benchmarking knowledge, familiarity of WTW GGS survey methodologies useful
• Workday knowledge preferable but not essential
• Good analytical and data manipulation skills, comfortable creating spreadsheets and providing detailed analysis of complex data sets.
• Analytical approach to problem solving
• Numerate
• Client-focused, with strong interpersonal skills
• Solid understanding of how employee benefit schemes are often structured
• An innovative mindset, curious about AI and emerging technologies.
• Experience of legal sector fee earner reward strategies desirable.
