Senior HR Business Partner (3 Months FTC)

Prestigious law firm based in the heart of the City is seeking a part-time Senior HR Business Partner on an initial 3-month fixed-term contract, with the possibility to being extended to 4-months.

  • Salary to £70,000 (FTE)
  • 3-month fixed-term contract
  • Part-time – 3 or 4 days a week
  • Applicants must be available to start immediately or at very short notice

Senior HR Business Partner Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide effective generalist HR expertise across the firm, including payroll
  • Deliver hands-on, commercially focused HR support in a fast-paced and varied environment
  • Manage employee relations and employee welfare matters
  • Lead and support recruitment activities
  • Contribute to and deliver HR projects
  • Partner with Practice and Business Teams to provide strategic and operational HR support
  • Provide dedicated employee relations, employee welfare, and recruitment support to business teams and the secretarial population

Senior HR Business Partner Skills & Requirements:

  • HR experience ideally gained from a law firm environment, however professional services experience will also be considered
  • Strong HR Business Partner experience and be confident in running a variety of ER matters and performance conversations
  • 6+ years of HR generalist experience, perhaps working within a team or in a standalone role, preferably within a partnership
  • CIPD qualification
