In this role, you’ll deliver a variety of business support services, assisting with the firm’s day-to-day operations across facilities, reception, and general administration

Junior Office Services Assistant – What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Delivering and sorting of incoming mail, hourly internal mail rounds, and urgent parcel delivery
  • Sending and tracking international and local couriers
  • Hard copying, digital printing, bible creation, cd burning, binding, lamination
  • Provide administrative assistance to lawyers and the business services teams
  • Welcoming visitors, determining the nature of business, and announcing visitors to appropriate personnel, ensuring a professional and client focused approach
  • Organize, schedule, and coordinate all requests for conference floor room bookings
  • Ensure room set ups are complete with all relevant material required, prior to the start of meetings
  • Assists with internal office/workstation moves, including prepares set ups with furniture, equipment, and stationery

Junior Office Services Assistant – What We’re Looking For:

  • Excellent academics
  • Good IT skills (working knowledge of Microsoft Office) and comfortable learning new systems
  • Previous administrative experience desirable, ideally within a law firm
