Gender Pay Gap

Posted by & filed under News.

By midnight on Wednesday 4th April 2018, UK firms with over 250 employees had to reveal their gender pay gap under new law.

Approximately 8,900 businesses reported on time and of these companies, the results show that 80% pay their male employees more than female employees.

A further 1,500 firms have missed the reporting deadline, meaning they have broken the law and are eligible for facing legal action.
