Billing Supervisor

This prestigious London law firm requires an experienced Senior Biller / Billing Supervisor to provide cover on an initial 9-12 month fixed-term contract to start in April / May 2026*.

  • Salary circa £60,000
  • Hybrid working – 2 days in the office / 3 days remote – 09:30-17:30 (Monday-Friday)
  • 27 days annual leave (FTE)
  • West End, London

The Billing Supervisor will report into the Revenue Manager and oversee a busy Billing team of 6 and support with detailed billing requests across the firm. This interim Billing Supervisor role will take on a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the billing process, taking ownership on important requests from Partners. You will be a confident communicator, capable of delegating workloads and acting as a mentor and point of support for the Legal Billers. The firm use 3E for billing and it is essential the incoming Billing Supervisor has a sound working knowledge of the platform.

Skills & Requirements of the Billing Supervisor:

  • Minimum 6 years current legal billing experience is essential, supervisory experience preferred.
  • Elite 3E experience essential.
  • A strong understanding of billing processes and financial management.
  • Knowledge of HMRC and SRA rules.

*Candidates will be available for April / May 2026 start and able to commit for the duration of the contract
