Commercial Real Estate Paralegal

Leading London law firm with a strong track record of retaining top talent is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal on an initial 6-month fixed-term contract.

  • Salary to £32,000 + a variety of excellent employee benefits
  • 6-month fixed-term contract
  • 09:30-17:30 (Mon-Fri) and hybrid working (3 days office / 2 days remote)

This role offers outstanding exposure to high-value transactions and a wide range of commercial real estate matters, working alongside one of the firm’s most renowned and successful departments in London.

Commercial Real Estate Paralegal Key Responsibilities:

  • Case administration and document management
  • Preparing draft contracts and leases and exchanging contracts
  • Preparing completion statements and handling completions
  • Preparing Land Registry forms
  • Proof reading, copy checking, indexing, archiving, and filing
  • Typing of own correspondence and bills

Commercial Real Estate Paralegal Skills & Requirements:

  • Applicants must have a 1-month notice period or less to be considered
  • Prior Paralegal experience in Property / Real Estate is essential
  • Experience in Commercial Real Estate is highly desirable
