Conflicts Analyst

Growing US law firm housed in stunning offices is hiring their first Conflicts Analyst for the London office.

  • Hybrid pattern 3 days in the office
  • 9:30am to 5:30pm
  • To £50,000

Conflicts Analyst duties will include:

  • Perform conflict of interest searches for new clients and new matters
  • Research corporate information
  • Create new client and matters and update client information in our accounting database
  • Communicate with various stakeholders within the firm to obtain requisite information to process new clients and matters
  • Assist with other duties related to the resolution and clearance of new business and conflicts issues as assigned

Conflicts Analyst requirement will include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Minimum 6 to 12 months’ experience legal Conflicts experience.
  • Candidates to demonstrate a willingness and commitment to be trained and a passion for this area
  • Excellent analytical and research skills
  • Exceptional critical thinking and analytical skills
  • Excellent decision-making skills and demonstrated ability to think on your feet
