Our prestigious US Law Firm client is looking to hire a new temporary Corporate Legal PA for an initial 2/3 months.  This Corporate Legal PA will support a busy Private Equity Partner and his team, there is the  possibility of this role going permanent however the priority is the immediate temporary need – this role will be to start asap.  Salary will be £48,000 pro-rata with working hours 9:30am to 5:30pm.

 

Duties for this Corporate Legal PA role will be the full PA / secretarial suite – strong organising of diaries and itineraries, amending and creating documents plus billing and really being a second pair of eyes and ears for the Partner.  Candidates need to have a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Legal secretary or Legal PA, preferably within a Corporate department, in addition to strong written, verbal and communication skills and strong experience using Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
