Junior HR Administrator – Recent Graduate, Key Responsibilities:
• Assisting with producing HR documentation, maintaining employee records, and updating internal systems.
• Helping to organise meetings and support communication with colleagues and external contacts.
• Supporting a range of HR admin processes, including onboarding, inductions, leavers, payroll updates, family leave, and contract changes.
• Learning to manage shared HR inbox queries and escalating where needed.
• Assisting with reporting, data entry, purchase orders, and invoice tracking.
• Offering general team support during busy periods and taking part in ad-hoc HR projects.
Junior HR Administrator – Recent Graduate, Skills & Requirements:
• A strong interest in HR and a desire to build a career in a professional office environment.
• Any previous admin, office, retail, or customer service experience is a plus, but not essential.
• A proactive team player who’s eager to learn and get involved.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good attention to detail and an organised, reliable approach.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel (training provided on HR systems).
• Discreet and professional with a strong sense of confidentiality.
