L&D Coordinator

Larbey Evans is partnering with our top international law firm client to recruit a highly organised and proactive Learning & Development Coordinator, to join their stunning offices based near Bank station.

  • Salary to £35,000
  • 09:30-17:30 working hours
  • Hybrid working (3 days office / 2 days remote)

This client-facing and dynamic role spans across the full L&D lifecycle and presents an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative experience looking to grow their career in Learning & Development.

L&D Coordinator Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate logistics of internal/external training programmes, schedule sessions, book rooms or virtual platforms, send invitations, track attendance, and collate feedback
  • Act as a super-user of the firm’s management system, provide technical support to users, manage accounts, enrolments, course updates, and reporting
  • Coordinate onboarding and compliance training for new joiners
  • Assist in the planning and delivery of firmwide L&D initiatives
  • Serve as key point of contact for training-related queries from staff, managers, and external providers
  • Collaborate with internal teams including HR, Knowledge, to ensure consistent messaging and effective delivery of L&D initiatives
  • Coordinate bookings and payments for external training, professional qualifications, and memberships and track individual progress of the same

L&D Coordinator Skills & Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role within a law firm is essential
  • Experienced with Zoom, SharePoint, and Microsoft office suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Experienced with LMS platforms, video editing and eLearning systems (knowledge of Access Learning LMS would be a plus)
