Litigation Legal PA

Global firm with stunning offices in a prime City location is seeking a Litigation Legal PA to join their top-ranked Commodities team on a full-time, permanent basis.

  • 9:30-17:30 (Monday-Friday)

We’re looking for an experienced Litigation Legal PA who takes a proactive approach, with a genuine interest in understanding client needs and delivering exceptional service to both lawyers and clients.

Litigation Legal PA Key Responsibilities:

• Manage diaries, ensuring they are up-to-date, and remind lawyers of meetings and where they need to be.
• Arrange meetings, book conference rooms along with refreshments / catering, check room set-up prior to meetings and liaise with other attendees, both internal and external.
• Arrange for travel bookings and related details, including travel itineraries and expenses.
• Support lawyers in marketing and BD initiatives, create draft speaker profiles, keep lawyers’ bios up-to-date, and assist BD with client events etc.
• Assist lawyers in ensuring their time is recorded daily.
• Assist lawyers in the billing and credit control process, reclaim BD expenses, send bills to clients etc.
• Check correspondence, attachments, documents, reports, presentations etc. are produced by the Document Production team in good time.
• Draft standard letters, type urgent / short / confidential correspondence on behalf of the lawyers as required.

Litigation Legal PA Key Skills & Requirements:

• 2+ years Legal PA experience in Litigation / Disputes within a good City law firm is essential.
• Degree calibre with strong capabilities.
• Knowledge of iManage, Intapp Open, InterAction CMS, Big Hand and Elite 3E systems.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and research tools.
• Flexible regarding working hours, arriving earlier and staying later when the job or business requires.
