PA to Directors – Client Onboarding
An exciting opportunity for an experienced PA to join a leading City law firm, based in Canary Wharf, on an initial 12-month fixed-term contract.

• 12-month fixed-term contract
• 09:30-17:30 working hours (Monday-Friday)
• Hybrid working (3 days office / 2 days remote)
You’ll provide PA support to the firm’s high-performing Client Onboarding Team, working closely with Managers and Heads of Department to support their daily administrative and operational needs.
PA to Directors Key Responsibilities:
• Supporting the Senior Management, Heads of Departments, and the wider Client Onboarding Team with their day-to-day administrative tasks
• Provide calendar and time management support for senior leaders in the Department, including scheduling, booking meeting rooms, resolving calendar conflicts, and coordinating and prioritizing internal and external meetings
• Responsible for reviewing and saving engagement letters for the firm
• Manage general inquiries, including directing requests to appropriate team members, responding to certain employee inquiries, and ensuring timely responses to urgent issues
• Provide a wide variety of project management, administrative and operational support to the Client Onboarding teams
• Approving annual leave requests and reporting absences via the internal HR system
• Monitoring the team inbox
• Dealing with invoice payments
• Tracking team budgets and preparing team annual budget requirements/figures
PA to Directors Skills & Requirements:
• Candidates must have no/short notice periods to start employment mid-late September 2025
• Previous PA experience within a law firm supporting at senior/management level
• Outstanding organisational skills
• Willingness to undertake training in new software to assist with tasks i.e. Qualtrics, the Learning Hub, data rooms
• High working knowledge of Outlook, PowerPoint and Word is essential
