A prestigious US Law Firm is looking to hire a new non transactional PA / Administrative Coordinator to support the Business Services Managers on an initial 12 month FTC.  This role is paying a salary of up to £45,000 with agile working on offer, 3 days in the office, 2 from home plus excellent benefits.


Responsibilities will include


Preparing accurate, error-free, and properly formatted legal papers and correspondence from dictation, tapes, or handwritten drafts. Compile, type, revise, combine, edit, print, and store documents. Compiles materials to be typed following written or oral instructions from supervisor or person requesting document to determine format desired, number of copies needed, priority, and other requirements, proofreads and edits documents for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and format. Corrects errors. Inputs data for revision or editing. Files documents and emails in the Firm’s electronic document software, acting as liaison with Accounting Department on past due receivables, uploading vendor and other third party invoices; processes expenses through Chrome River, scheduling appointments, including meetings, conferences, and training for team members, and the wider Firm. Coordinates work flow and prioritizes work so that all deadlines can be met, arranging travel schedule and reservations for team members.  Other duties include reviewing and prioritising mail, assisting the Firm’s mandatory training schedules on topics such as Ant-bribery, and Money Laundering and maintain current and orderly files according.


Candidates need to have previous PA experience within  law firm either in a transactional or non transactional role, working at Management / Partner level, in addition to excellent Microsoft Office skills and strong written, communication and organisation skills.  Standard hours are 9.30am – 5.30pm, with a salary of up to £45,000 on offer plus excellent benefits.
