Private Executive Assistant – HNWI
We are seeking a highly capable and resourceful Private Executive Assistant to support an individual with international interests and a fast-paced lifestyle. This is a unique opportunity for a driven, organized, and proactive individual who thrives in a dynamic and high-expectation environment.
The HNWI principal is primarily based abroad for 8 to 9 months of the year and in the UK 3 to 4 months of the year and travels very frequently. The Private Executive Assistant will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of travel, property oversight, and ongoing lifestyle and business-related projects, often liaising with high-profile vendors, service providers, and internal teams.
Private Executive Assistant Key Responsibilities
• Manage complex international travel itineraries, including commercial and private jet bookings
• Coordinate with property managers across multiple residences (internationally and UK)
• Maintain and oversee private club memberships, lifestyle accounts, and related administration
• Liaise with architects, designers, and contractors on interior and design projects
• Act as a point of contact and liaison with legal, financial, and service professionals
• Prepare and present high-quality documents using Excel, PowerPoint, and the full Microsoft Suite
• Handle scheduling, calendar management, and ongoing ad hoc personal support
• Maintain confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism at all times
Private Executive Assistant Requirements
• Demonstrated experience as a PA or EA in a private or HNWI setting
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; strong presentation and document formatting skills
• Financial acumen and organizational rigor; able to manage budgets, spreadsheets, and reporting with high attention to detail
• Willingness to work overtime and offer flexible availability with mutual respect for boundaries
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, “get stuff done” mindset

• Additional languages (Spanish or Greek) are a plus but not needed
