Real Estate & Planning EA

  • Salary to £45,000 + a variety of excellent employee benefits
  • 09:30-17:30 (Monday-Friday)
  • Hybrid working (3 days office / 2 days remote)

You will be part of a team with an outstanding reputation and working with high quality clients on highly quality matters.

Real Estate & Planning EA Key Responsibilities:

• Full ownership of diaries, proactively managing all appointments, meetings, and related logistics to ensure partners’ schedules run smoothly and that they are where they need to be.
• Proactively manage diary conflicts and take appropriate action on queries or clashes.
• As agreed with each individual partner, manage inboxes responding to emails on their behalf, drafting emails appropriately, and forwarding any client critical emails to other fee earners / secretaries in the team to action and respond.
• Handle complex compliance and billing matters.
• Coordinate the billing process on behalf of partners, proactively organising WIP and other financial management meetings.
• Arrange regular catch ups with each partner to review their diary and commitments.
• Attend meetings and take minutes if required and follow up on designated actions to ensure completion ahead of the next meeting.
• Liaise with the Marketing & BD team, playing a key role in the organisation of events, seminars, and conferences for the team.
• Arrange travel requirements and manage all arrangements, including accommodation, visa requirements, currency etc.

Real Estate & Planning EA Skills & Requirements:

• Previous experience supporting at partner level within a law firm.
• Adept in complex diary management, able to identify potential problems and provide innovative solutions.
• Confident and professional manger with the ability to build strong relationships with partners and clients.
• Enthusiastic and resilient to cope with a challenging and busy role.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• Knowledge around Land Registry, Searchflow, and SharePoint would be advantageous.
