Office Manager (Munich):

 

US law firm based in Munich is looking to hire a new Office Manager, on an initial 12 -14-month FTC, to work very closely and communicate daily with the Managing Partner in order to ensure coordination of all daily and strategic HR, Operations and Finance functions. You will be tasked to proactively deliver professional and efficient practice support services to the Munich office including managing a range of in-house and outsourced administrative services to ensure these services are streamlined and seamless in their service delivery.

  • Duties will include management of Human Resources, Compensation, Benefits, Policies & Procedures, Employee Relations, Professional Development, Recruitment, Operations and Purchasing.

 

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a firm and grow with the Munich office.  We are looking for candidates with previous strong Office Management experience, where you have advised Partners within a law firm and led from the front plus be the first point of call for all Operations and Office Management decision making responsibilities.

 

Office Manager (Munich) Requirements:

 

  • Minimum five years Office Management experience within a professional services organisation.
  • Solid experience of managing HR issues both routine and complex.
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Highly effective writing and communications skills (both verbal and written) and the ability to communicate credibly and diplomatically at all levels.
  • Excellent time management and organisation skills, and the ability to simultaneously manage multiple highly detailed projects.
