Senior Employment Paralegal

Award-winning global law firm is seeking a highly motivated Senior Employment Paralegal who has extensive tribunal experience, and a history of managing their own caseload of tribunal claims, to join their dynamic team in London.

Senior Employment Paralegal – What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Manage own busy tribunal case load from ACAS EC stage to completion
  • Draft risk assessments, compile disclosure, draft witness statements, and prepare for final hearing
  • Maintain regular communication with client, including providing updates and advice as needed

Senior Employment Paralegal – What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience as an Employment Paralegal within a law firm
  • Must have experience managing a busy caseload
  • Extensive tribunal experience is essential
