Step-up to Junior Legal Secretary

International law firm is seeking a proactive Junior Legal Secretary to provide administrative and secretarial support to lawyers assigned to the firm’s hub centre, following guidance from Supervisors and Assistants, managing diaries, coordinating meetings, organising travel and preparing documents.

Junior Legal Secretary – What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Help arrange meetings by scheduling rooms, sending calendar invites, and supporting with conference or audiovisual needs
  • Assist with document production and mark ups, drafting of correspondence where appropriate e.g. emails, event invites and engagement letters
  • Act as a helpful contact for associates and team members on general administrative questions
  • Assist with preparing and processing expense reports and reimbursement requests in line with firm procedures
  • Support with client and matter opening processes
  • Enter and update lawyer time records accurately, following billing instructions and internal guidance

Junior Legal Secretary  – What We’re Looking For:

  • 12 months + administrative or junior secretarial experience, ideally gained within a law firm
  • Superb organisational and secretarial skills, including fast accurate typing
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
