Family Paralegal (12-Month FTC)

Leading London law firm with a strong track record of retaining top talent is seeking a Family Paralegal on an initial 12-month fixed-term contract.  This award-winning Family department covers a wide variety of Family work, including financial matters and acting for UHNW / HNW clients.

Family Paralegal – What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Assist fee earners with a broad range of family matters, including children and financial matters and matters involving HNW / UHNW clients
  • Prepare, draft and format court bundles, chronologies and disclosure lists for litigation, mediations, private FDRs and arbitrations
  • Conduct legal research as required
  • Manage day to day file administration including correspondence with clients, counsel, experts and third parties
  • Support the preparation and organisation of evidence for complex hearings, settlement meetings and mediations
  • Coordinate meetings, track deadlines and ensure compliance with court timetables and procedural requirements

Family Paralegal – What We’re Looking For:

  • Applicants must have experience as a Family Paralegal – this is essential
