Administrator – West End Based Arts Company – Hybrid Working & Hourly Wage

We are seeking a Legal and Employment Relations Administrator to join our client on an on-going temporary basis. The company represent theatre owners, managers, and producers. The Legal and Employment Relations Administrator will be tasked with engaging with members, and call screening, on a daily basis and dealing with theatre professionals of all types, being a first point of contacting for vetting any queries and passing onto the respective teams. Candidates for this position will need to be competent administrators who can work with speed and accuracy, following instructions diligently. They will also need to maintain utmost confidentiality and have a good phone manner. The role will involve lots of minute taking in meetings and organisation/administration around these meetings. Also, a large part of the role will be data analysis and ‘data crunching’. Analysing data pulled from reports and making it digestible for the rest of the team. The Legal and Employment Relations Administrator will provide first-class administrative support to both the Legal and Employment Relations teams. Candidates must be ready to start immediately, and previous proven administrative experience will be essential.
