Commercial Real Estate Paralegal (6- or 12-Month FTC)

Larbey Evans is working with a prestigious London law firm to hire an experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal on an initial 6 or 12- month fixed-term contract.

This role offers outstanding exposure to high-value transactions and a wide range of commercial real estate matters, working alongside one of the firm’s most renowned and successful departments in London.

Commercial Real Estate Paralegal ( 6- or 12-Month FTC) What you will be doing :

  • Case administration and document management
  • Preparing draft contracts and leases and exchanging contracts
  • Preparing completion statements and handling completions
  • Preparing Land Registry forms
  • Proof reading, copy checking, indexing, archiving, and filing
  • Typing of own correspondence and bills

Commercial Real Estate Paralegal ( 6- or 12-Month FTC)  What we are looking for:

  • Must have previous Paralegal experience within Real Estate
  • Educated to degree level or relevant Paralegal / CILEx experience
