Top London law firm is looking to hire a new Employment Legal PA to support a number of Fee-Earners, this firm has one of the most noted Employment departments in London and undertake many other law firms’ Employment needs. The role is offering a salary of up to £45,000 plus excellent benefits and committed agile working of 3 days a week in the office and 2 days working remotely. Standard hours are 9:30am to 5:30pm
This firm really do offer an involved role for their Legal PAs and this Employment Legal PA position will be no different – you will have overall responsibility for the management of the partners’ day-to-day-practices (including dealing with clients) and provide administrative support to the associates. This entails acting as workflow manager for other support services including delegating and supervising the completion of work performed by the Administrative Assistant team. The Employment Legal PA will take an active interest in and obtain a thorough understanding of all aspects of client requirements to provide exceptional service levels to both the lawyers and clients.
Employment Legal PA applicants do not need to have previous Legal PA experience rather experience working at Senior level and have strong technical skills, excellent written and oral communication skills plus be highly organised with confident working knowledge of MS Office and billing.
