International Arbitration Paralegal

 

Expanding and award-winning law firm in London is looking to hire an experienced International Arbitration Paralegal on a permanent basis to join their London office.

International Arbitration Paralegal – What you will be doing:

 

  • Maintaining large electronic and paper case files, with day-to-day responsibility for file management, indexing and the organisation of client materials for associate review
  • Working with lawyers and interns to carry out first-level document reviews ahead of second-level associate review
  • Supporting associates during submission phases, including formatting and style consistency, cite-checking, proofreading, and organising supporting documentation
  • Leading the logistical planning of hearings, including negotiating contracts with transcribers, interpreters and hearing venues
  • Working closely with fee-earners on opening and closing submissions
  • Assisting with the preparation of cross-examination bundles, working closely with fee-earners throughout the process

 

International Arbitration Paralegal – What we are looking for:

 

  • Applicants must have 18 months+ Commercial Litigation/International Arbitration paralegal experience within a law firm
  • Experience of supporting filings and hearings and will need to work with some degree of autonomy
  • Experience with e-discovery (Relativity, Disco etc)
