Partnership Tax Assistant (6 Months FTC)

Fast growing global law firm with a strong presence in London is looking to hire a Partnership Tax Assistant on an initial 6-month fixed-term contract. This role will be working closely with the firm’s partners, providing end to end support in the tax return process.

Partnership Tax Assistant – What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Assist with the preparation of partners’ UK personal tax returns
  • Prepare personal tax returns, including for self-employed partners
  • Gather and review relevant personal tax information
  • Use commercial tax return software, ideally Digita
  • Extract tax payments, liabilities and filing information from HMRC Government Gateway

Partnership Tax Assistant – What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a similar / tax-related role, ideally within a law firm
  • ATT or CTA qualification preferred
  • Familiarisation with tax return preparation software
  • Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations
