Our UK and US Law Firm clients are incredibly busy at the moment and are looking for additional assistance in a range of practice areas for a Temporary Legal Secretary/PA, with hourly rate equivalents ranging from £40-50k per annum, working the hours 9-5pm or 9:30-5:30pm.
Temporary Legal Secretary/PA candidates will support a variety Partners and Associates with duties including booking meetings and amending/formatting documents, diary and email management, new matter set-up, travel arrangements and multi-currency expenses.
Ideally candidates will have a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience as a Legal Secretary or Legal PA, preferably within a Corporate, Company/Commercial or Litigation department and possess strong technical MS Office and legal software skills.
