Leading US law firm is hiring a Corporate Funds Paralegal on a 12 Month FTC. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with existing Corporate / Funds Paralegal experience and / or a Training Contracts secured for 2025.

Agile working – 3 days in the office, 3 remotely

Responsibilities for the Funds Paralegal will include:

  • Performing a variety of basic and increasingly complex paralegal work under the supervision of an attorney and with the guidance of supervisory or experienced paralegals and/or paralegal mentors.
  • Through ongoing professional training and on-the-job experience, builds upon knowledge of legal concepts and terminology and factual and legal research methods, practices, and procedures required of the Paralegal profession.  Conducts research, performs analyses, and presents results in thorough and concise written and/or demonstrative formats.  Produces consistently high quality, accurate and timely work with emphasis on attention to detail that meets or exceeds the Firm’s quality standards.
  • Works on a variety of client assignments.  Develops practice-related knowledge and builds effective work relationships.  Demonstrates a high level of industry, adaptability, responsiveness, and teamwork.  Actively learns new skills and techniques and takes on increasingly challenging work assignments.
  • Participates in departmental project teams and task forces designed to streamline workflow, improve processes, and/or resolve issues; and assists with administrative projects and initiatives as assigned.
  • Under the supervision of an attorney, draft, edit, conform and otherwise assist in the preparation of legal documents
  • Obtain services from outside contractors, including filing and registered service providers and foreign counsel.

 

Key Requirements a Funds Paralegal:

  • Minimum of 1 years corporate paralegal experience,
  • Excellent academics
  • Strong written, communication and organisational skills.
