An exciting newly created opportunity to join a wonderful HR team of a prestigious US law firm as a Recruitment Specialist, managing the full recruitment cycle across lawyers, paralegals and business services in London and the European offices.  It’s a fantastic time to join, with the firm experiencing significant growth in London and lots of exciting developments on the horizon.

Legal Recruitment Specialist – What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for lawyers, paralegals, and business services position within the London office
  • Work closely with hiring managers to fully understand their hiring needs and prepare job descriptions
  • Utilise a variety of channels to source candidates
  • Forge strong relationships with recruitment agencies and ensure up-to-date terms of business are in place
  • Work closely with the HR Assistant to oversee the interview scheduling process and preparation of offer letters and contract documentation
  • Coordinate the on-boarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition to the firm

Legal Recruitment Specialist – What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years’ recruitment experience gained within a law firm
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Strong understanding and knowledge of the legal industry
