A top boutique litigation law firm has created a new and exciting position for a recent graduate to join their London office as their Marketing PA to support the Marketing Director, offering a generous salary of up to £32,000 with the role supporting the Director on a wide range of marketing duties.

 

Salary £29,000 to £32,000

Hybrid pattern, 4 days in the office and 1 day working remotely

9am – 6pm

Blackfriars and City Thameslink stations

 

This Marketing PA position is a rare opportunity where the role has ‘no ceiling’, you will be asked to get involved in all facets of the department and the more you learn and deliver the more you will be able to take on, should you be looking for a career in marketing, this is the perfect role.  The highly talented Marketing Director is clearly a supportive and trusting individual who wants to develop this new hire and will provide all the framework for this new hire to succeed. The Marketing PA will provide outstanding administrative assistance to the Marketing Director in relation to the development and execution of marketing strategies, events and related activities.

 

Duties as a Marketing PA:

 

  • Conducting market research to identify target audiences and to provide competitor analysis.
  • Assisting with the organisation of external business development events.
  • Data analysis of relevant events and campaigns – event attendance; follow ups; gaps and where we need to focus for improvement.
  • Deal tracking / monitoring of referral relationship data
  • Designing and building of marketing materials – invitations, newsletters etc.
  • Assisting with the organising of internal events at firm’s bar – working alongside the Practice Assistant.
  • Pitch creation.
  • Social media posts.
  • Monitoring of the firm’s merchandise stock levels and reordering.
  • Liaising with external suppliers e.g. speaking slots.
  • Management of memberships and sponsorships.
  • Directory Submissions e.g. Legal 500 / Chambers & Partners – working alongside the Practice Assistant
  • Providing general office support, including assisting the Practice Manager and covering reception if required.

 

Skills as a Marketing PA:

 

  • Strong education to degree level.
  • Ideally 6-12 months data/administrative experience would be beneficial
  • Any knowledge of ‘Trello’ software would be useful
  • The ability to be proactive and be a quick learner are essential
  • Demonstrate the ability to multi-task adhere to deadlines with strong attention to detail/accuracy.
