Exciting brand new role within an award winning law firm! Our client is looking to hire a new Responsible Business & Inclusion Coordinator to assist in delivering a progressive Responsible Business Programme.

Salary: £35,000

 

Duties for the Responsible Business & Inclusion Coordinator will include:

 

  • Being fully involved in all operational aspects of the Responsible Business Inclusion programme, from delivering induction to evaluating feedback and proposing solutions
  • Support Senior Inclusion Manager and networks with coordination of inclusion initiatives and events
  • Manage and attend network leadership team meetings, including drafting agenda, minutes and co-ordinating actions
  • Motivate and empower network members to share ideas, engage in and support the delivery of the wider programme
  • Maintain the content of inclusion intranet pages and draft internal articles and communications
  • Draft board reports and papers, and design presentations to communicate key messages
  • Keep records and capture data to provide updates and evidence the social value of our programme
  • Coordinate social mobility outreach programmes and support the delivery of insight days, mentoring programmes and work experience
  • Support the delivery of race and ethnicity outreach programmes, including the 10,000 Black Interns programme
  • Involvement in  and coordination of projects identified as priorities in the Responsible Business strategic plan each year
  • Coordination of physical wellbeing initiatives, including sports teams and running/challenge event signups

 

Key requirements for the Responsible Business & Inclusion Coordinator:

 

  • Previous experience within a D&I or Responsible team within a professional services organisation
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written including report writing and proof reading
  • Excellent people skills with an ability to liaise with a broad range of stakeholders and be a team player
  • Computer literacy: including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook
