Larbey Evans is working with a prestigious London law firm to hire an experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal on an initial 6- month fixed-term contract.

 

  • Salary to £34,000
  • 6-month fixed-term contract
  • Standard hours and hybrid working (3 days office / 2 days home)

This role offers outstanding exposure to high-value transactions and a wide range of commercial real estate matters, working alongside one of the firm’s most renowned and successful departments in London.

 

Commercial Real Estate Paralegal ( 6 Month FTC) Key Responsibilities :

 

  • Case administration and document management
  • Preparing draft contracts and leases and exchanging contracts
  • Preparing completion statements and handling completions
  • Preparing Land Registry forms
  • Proof reading, copy checking, indexing, archiving, and filing
  • Typing of own correspondence and bills

 

Commercial Real Estate Paralegal ( 6 Month FTC)  Skills & Requirements :

 

  • Must have previous Paralegal experience within Real Estate
  • Educated to degree level or relevant Paralegal / CILEx experience
